Description
In the case of multiple prints, we recommend flashing between each colour.
After appropriate heat treatment, room temperature prints are dry to the touch and soft.
Flashing and curing inks depend on:
- the ink, its colour and the thickness deposited
- the printed substrate, its composition, its colour
- the equipment used and its environment
Advice for use :
For use on frames with a thread count of less than 55 threads/cm2 : You can use the ink as is
For use on frames with a thread count of more than 55 threads/cm2 : We recommend that you soften the ink by adding 5 to 15% thinner.
Use on transfer paper :
Apply screen printing ink to siliconised paper with a frame of 45-77 threads/cm2. Sprinkle hot melt powder on the transfer or add 10% powder with the ink beforehand. Dry at 120 - 140°C for 1 minute. For application on textile use a heat press at 170 -180°C for 15 to 20 seconds.
