Discover in this section a whole range of practical objects: key rings, bag hangers, wallets; for aBring a touch of originality to everyday objects by adopting sublimation!

How does the sublimation process work?

- Using an inkjet printer, the image or logo is printed on a specific paper suitable for sublimation. This is the transfer paper. The inks are also specific to sublimation: Sublijet ink for sublimation on polyester objects and textiles, and Chromablast ink for cotton textiles.

- With the help of a heat press, under the effect of heat (180-200°C) and pressure, the ink gasifies and penetrates directly into the mesh of the textile or the polyester varnish of hard substrates. The sprayed ink cools on contact with the transfer paper and becomes solid again. The image literally penetrates the surface of the article, resulting in a product that is perfectly homogeneous to the touch and a high quality image definition.

This means that the image then becomes an integral part of the product and is not just affixed to it. Sublimation is the simplest and most effective process for applying high quality photos or images to a wide variety of objects.
