Elle s'utilise sur un papier siliconé ou polyester, ou avec du mylar et feuille de finition flock. Elle est adaptée aux textiles 100% coton ou aux cotons avec fibres synthétiques.

L'Astuce Créadhésif : afin d’obtenir un résultat optimum, il est recommandé d’ajuster au mieux le contact de l'écran avec le support et la pression de la raclette. Avant de valider une production auprès de l'un de vos clients, nous vous conseillons de réaliser des tests afin de valider le résultat obtenu.
Application:
Use with Texprint water based inks for screen printing transfers, foil and flock application.
Suitable for 100% cotton or cotton blended with synthetic fibres.
Preparation:
Ready to use. We recommend that you do not use any additives or thinners.
To increase the brightness of the transfer on dark fabrics, we suggest adding 2% TEXPRINT Colour White*
To improve the durability of your transfer in the wash, we recommend adding 5-10% of Texprint Catalyst Extra.
Printing:
For best results, use screens with a maximum of 34/43 threads/cm.
We recommend using screens with few threads to have a large deposit of TEXICOLL on the transfer surface. This ensures a maximum adhesive surface for good adhesion of the transfer during application.
In the case of a multi-colour silk-screen transfer board, you must first apply your water-based inks one after the other, proceed to dry between each colour ( 60°C-70°C for 60 to 90 seconds), apply a white support if applied to dark textiles ( 60°C-70°C for 60 to 90 seconds)Then finish by applying your adhesive layer (60°C-70°C for 60 to 90 seconds).
We suggest using Amex SCREEN SOL QT BLU and SCREEN SOL GK BLU emulsions.
These inks are not suitable for wet-on-wet printing.
Drying:
To achieve high wash resistance, place in the oven at 70-80°C for 2 minutes.
Cleaning:
Clean your tools with water
Application of the transfer :
Transfer application is done at 80°C for 15 to 18 seconds with strong pressure ( 4 Bars)
Peel off the top sheet only after pressing.
Before validating a production with one of your customers, we advise you to carry out tests in order to validate the product according to your needs.
