It is therefore possible that items may not be available in all colours or sizes.
If one of the products in your order requires a longer delivery time or is temporarily out of stock, we will not fail to inform you.
From the moment your package is shipped, it takes 2 to 5 working days for standard delivery in metropolitan France.
You also have the possibility of express or priority delivery within 24 hours (see Delivery costs).
We are committed to doing our utmost to deliver you as quickly as possible, no matter what happens. It will nevertheless take +2 days for Europe and +4 days for French overseas departments and territories. This time is sometimes shorter depending on the amount and variety of products you choose. Conversely, it can be longer when there are supply problems or delivery delays.
If you have a delivery imperative (departure on holiday, event ...), let us know, we will inform you about the possibilities to shorten our delivery time.
To facilitate the reception of your order, you have the possibility to register a delivery address different from the billing address (home, office, customers...). Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, your invoice and the tracking number of your package. You have the possibility to track your package via a link that we send you by e-mail.
They will be transported either by La Poste, TNT, Chronopost or Calberson for the largest parcels and you will be able to follow them directly on the site of our carriers.
