Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our biggest concern. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer you :

- Either to exchange the articles which do not suit you. In this case, after having explained your request by e-mail or telephone, we will send you the return address of the articles and send you back the article(s) to be exchanged together with a letter containing your contact details and the details of your exchange request.

- Either to reimburse you for all or part of your order. In this case, after having explained your request by e-mail or telephone, we will send you the return address of the articles and send you back the article(s) to be refunded together with a letter containing your contact details and the details of your refund request.

Please note that the items must not be damaged and must be returned in their original packaging with instructions for use. The items will be returned by the carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we made a mistake. The articles remain under your responsibility as long as they have not arrived at their destination.
