After creating your online account and placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. On your account, you have the possibility to register a delivery address different from the billing address (home, office, customer...). You will receive your invoice by e-mail once the payment has been received and validated: transfer, cheque ... If you pay by credit card, you will automatically receive your invoice the same day.

Click on the "My Account" button, then click on "Create Account".
Fill in the fields followed by a red asterisk*.
To find your order easily, here are some precautions to follow to fill in the form :
-In the fields First name and Last name: enter the name of your administration (ex. First name: Town Hall of - Last name: Lorem Ipsum)
- In the Mail Address field: enter the e-mail address of the person who should receive the order acknowledgements.
- In the Company field: enter the name of the contact person
Then click on "Validate"
Select the items and add them to your Cart.
Then click on "Cart" at the top right to see the list of products added to Cart.
Choose your billing and delivery address. If you wish to be delivered to a different address, click on "deliver to another address".
Choose your delivery method: Delivery in 2-3 days with or without insurance / Express delivery / In-store pick-up.
Chooseyour method of payment: choose "Transfer" for payment by money order.
Confirm your order: You will receive a confirmation email a few moments later with the reference number of your order.
To confirm the order you have just placed on our website, send us your order form on your company letterhead, indicating the reference of your order.
This order form must be stamped and signed.

Your order will be processed upon receipt of your stamped and signed order form. This order form commits your administration to pay the amount of the order within 30 days maximum.
The products will be shipped to the address indicated on your order form. Please pay attention to the address you indicate as well as to the name appearing on the order form.
You will receive your invoice directly by email as soon as we receive your order form. At the same time, a letter will be sent to you including the invoice, our rib, and your order form.
