Printable film with metallic rendering for solvent and eco-solvent polyurethane printers. This printable flex will bring to your creations superb metallic effects. Light, thin, elastic and soft, it is equipped with the latest innovation in terms of glue.

The StiX² glue used for this flex is unique in the world and allows adhesion on all types of fabrics. You will be able to realize your designs on many fabrics, cotton, polyester, elastane, nylon... Be careful with nylon materials on which it is essential to do tests. The characteristics of nylon may vary according to its colour, finish, etc.

The metallic colours of your prints will be an eye-catcher!

We recommend using it on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, mixed fabrics (polyester/cotton), lycra/elastane, most nylons and other similar materials.

Details

Application tips:

1) Printing and cutting

- Prepare the printout of the pattern in positive by following the operating instructions of the printer (no mirror printing!). Check the printing and drying temperatures of the inks. Use the correct print profile (e.g. on Roland, select Colorip or Versawork, then the TTRH profile, textile).
- Cut immediately after printing your design.

2) Hot transfer

- Scale off excess material.
- Apply the taped application to your design, making sure that all air bubbles are removed. Remove the carrier film, revealing the adhesive side.
- Pre-press your garment for 3 to 5 seconds at 150°C to remove any wrinkles or moisture.
- Position and press the design on the textile (previously protected by a Teflon sheet) at 150°C - 5 seconds - medium pressure.
- Hot peel.
- Press again for 5 seconds.

Precautions for use:

Follow the instructions on the garment.
After pressing, wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Wash 40°C max. inside out, do not use aggressive products (bleach...).
Dry cleaning: no
Ironing: inside out
Coil storage: max. one year, vertically, in a dry place, 15-25°C, protected from light.
