What is Lumenglass?

Lumenglass allows you to transfer images (photos) and drawings directly onto glass of exceptional quality, with brilliant colour rendition. You can easily sublimate your support with a simple polyester sublimation printer and a heat press.

NB: This frame can be rotated in landscape or portrait mode

Tip Créadhesif: To improve the quality of your work, remember to use a sheet of Teflon and high temperature tape. We advise you to press your photo frame for about 210 seconds at 190/200°C with a medium pressure. Before starting a full production run, always carry out a few tests, so that you can find the perfect balance between your pressure, heating time and temperature.

Application tips :
1) When printing, do not print in mirror image (negative) as your image will be printed on the transparent part on the back of the product.
2) Place the transfer sheet, printed side up, in the centre of the heat press
3) Place the product on top of the image, coated side down
4) Cover the product with a sheet of Sublicrylic silicone to protect the glass during pressing
5) Press your supoort with medium/strong pressure à 200 ° C for 3-4 minutes using a a heat press. (Time may vary depending on the pressure of your press, testing is highly recommended for optimum quality)
6) When pressing is complete, remove the transfer sheet directly from the item (hot peel) and allow your item to cool, printed side up to avoid damage.
