The surface cleaner, Surface Cleaner Pro is a highly effective biochemical cleaner, developed for the pre-treatment of surfaces to which adhesive films are to be applied. The latest glass coatings and lacquer systems have the highest demands on surface cleaners in order to ensure optimal adhesion between the surface and the adhesive. All surfaces should be considered dirty and/or contaminated. Unwanted waxes and silicone particles, although not visible to the naked eye, can completely deteriorate the adhesion qualities. The total covering of vehicles requires a lot of adhesive films, therefore it is essential to pay a lot of time and attention to the surface preparation phase. Therefore, we recommend the use of Surface Cleaner Pro for a thorough cleaning before each application.
The following steps are highly recommended:
1. For example, in the case of a surface visibly contaminated with dust and dirt: clean beforehand with enzyme-free soapy water or with a glass cleaner. Then dry the cleaned surface
2. Soak a cloth (as little lint as possible) with Surface Cleaner Pro.
3. Clean the entire surface with Surface Cleaner Pro, then dry immediately with a dry cloth. This surface cleaner may not dry if you do not manually scrub. With Surface Cleaner Pro, liquefied soil should be completely removed with a clean cloth. It is strongly recommended that you change the cleaning cloth several times.
4. Apply the self-adhesive film without delay.
5. If wet bonding is recommended, please use Magic Apply application fluid. We strongly advise against the use of water-based detergents, as the "creamy" or fragrant additives they contain in large quantities will destroy the result of the careful cleaning previously carried out.
Surface Cleaner Pro is designed in such a way that it does not need to be classified as environmentally harmful. Hazardous and safety instructions can be found in Section 15 of the MSDS. We STRONGLY recommend against adding any type of water rinse product as these products contain cream or fragrance additives that will negate the entire substrate preparation.
