Keencut Simplex Cutting Tools

The innovative design of Keencut's Simplex cutters offers unrivalled precision for all your cutting jobs in large format materials up to 3 metres wide. Simplex guarantees linearity of 1.00 mm or 1:3000 over the entire length and is an excellent replacement for Javelin for users looking for lower accuracy.

The Simplex is the ideal tool for cutting PVC foam board, vinyl, woven fabrics, foam core board, corrugated and honeycomb plastics, film, paper, fabrics and many other flexible or rigid materials.
If you need to cut a super-wide format, the unique and robust profile of the Keencut MAX guarantees clean and accurate cutting of materials up to 5 metres wide. Available in four sizes from 3.5 metres, the unique Keencut MAX cutter is the only tool that provides accurate cutting for large format display materials up to 5 metres wide and guarantees linearity of up to 2.0 mm (1:2500) over the entire length.

Both Keencut Simplex and MAX cutters can be used on their own or on a worktable using Keencut's optional surface mounted Lift & Hold system. Combined with the Keencut Big Bench you will have a complete cutting table and workstation for your workshop.

All Keencut cutting bars use universal knife blades with blade depth adjustment and a spring-loaded blade ejector that is supplied as standard.
The cutting depth of the universal blades can be up to 10 mm and 13 mm for Keencut XR blades. The patented linear bearings have been load-tested over a length of 1600 km and come with a 20-year warranty. Adhesive silicone strips, placed along the entire length, hold the material to be cut perfectly in place, while protecting its surface.
