Discover the first ball press from Secabo: the TCB SMART. This heat press allows you to easily customize different sizes and shapes of sports balls thanks to its interchangeable trays. You will be able to create designs on footballs, volleyballs, rugby balls or basketballs. Transferring logos, sponsors and player names onto leather balls is a breeze with the TCB SMART. This press can be used on most of the balls using different techniques: sublimation, flocking, silk-screen transfer, laser transfer, ...

The press can be adjusted to the height and pressure you want thanks to the two small wheels. The press plate is specially designed to fit balloons of all shapes and sizes. The automatic opening of the press provides real ease of operation and avoids long pressing times. The TCB SMART has a digital display for temperature and time control. You can also control your heat press remotely by bluetooth via the Secabo application on your SmartPhone to increase the temperature, the time, display the remaining time, ... Ergonomic and robust, it will find its place in the workshop or in the shop while taking up little space.

NB: All the balloons can be pressed at a temperature of 113°C for 8 seconds. The low temperature is important to avoid damage to the balloon leather. It is recommended that transfers of 5cm x 8cm maximum are used to ensure that they are correctly applied to the curves of the balloon.
