Epson i3200 replacement head for DTF large format printer
If you notice a loss of print quality, it may be a sign that your print head needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, it may also be a sign that your print head needs to be cleaned. How do you know what is needed?
It's simple: clean the print head first. Your printing system might just be clogged and need a good deep cleaning. Try using the printer's utilities first, such as nozzle cleaning, head alignment. Run one or two cleaning cycles to remove any dried ink. If you have done this and still see no improvement, the next step is to perform a manual head cleaning. These two steps should solve most print head problems, but if not, it's probably time to replace your print head.
