Preparation:
Ready-to-use adhesive. It is necessary to mix the ink well before use.
We recommend using Amex SCREEN SOL QT BLU as a light emulsion.
Application:
It is necessary to print on a screen of maximum 34 threads/cm on a sheet of siliconised paper.
Drying :
The transfer should be dried at 120 to 130°C for a maximum of 60 to 90 seconds.
It is important to check the drying temperature carefully in order to obtain complete hardening of the ink.
Conversely, a temperature that is too high or a drying time that is too long will alter the properties of the adhesive.
Application of the transfer:
170/180 °C for 12-15 seconds. Pressure: high 4 bar
For a successful transfer, peel off cold.
Cleaning :
Wash tools with Solvent.
If you are making multicolour transfer boards, you must first apply your plastisol inks one after the other, proceed to dry between each colour (120°C-130°C for 60 to 90 seconds), then finish by applying your layer of white adhesive glue (120-130°C for 60 to 90 seconds).
Your screen for applying the glue should be slightly larger than your visual.
To improve the elasticity and mechanical strength of your transfer, you can apply a first layer of transparent ink.
Finally, to further improve the durability of your transfer, you can add hot melt powder.
