KFG Waterbased Ink - Drying at room temperature

This is an opaque water-based ink that dries at room temperature. It is available in various colours and can be used on dark textiles. Ready to use!

Characteristics:
- Excellent opacity
- Single-component ink
- Drying at room temperature

Printing:
In order to obtain excellent opacity and vivid colours, we advise you to carefully adjust your off-contact and squeegee pressure when printing.
We also advise you to use screens with a mesh size between 34 and 55 threads/cm2.
It is not recommended to use this ink on a "wet-on-wet" application.

Drying:
Drying in 72 hours at 40°C. To speed up drying, you can also dry at 100°C.

Additive :
- Thickening agent ( Texprint Addensante M ) : add 1 to 5%
- Universal catalyst ( Texprint universal catalyst ) : increases the resistance to washing : add 1 to 5%
- Retarding agent ( Texprint Retarding Gel ) : reduces drying on the screen : add 5%
- Retarding agent ( Texprint Additive S ) : reduces drying on the screen without reducing viscosity : add 5%
- Texprint No Tack : to increase opacity and obtain a soft touch
