Printable film for solvent and eco-solvent printer made of polyurethane for hot transfer.
This thin, flexible printable flex with matt effect is ideal for cutting small patterns. The printable SportsFilm flex can be cut after a short warm-up time which can increase your productivity considerably. It is compatible with a large number of textiles on the market today and is perfect for sportswear designs. The colours remain vibrant even after several washes.

We recommend using it on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, mixed fabrics (polyester/cotton), lycra, braided nylon and other similar materials. Always test before going into production

Precautions of use:
Follow the instructions on the garment.
After pressing, wait 24 hours before the first wash.
Wash at 40°C max. inside out, do not use aggressive products (bleach...).
Dry clean: no
Ironing: inside out
Storage of the reel: max. one year, upright, in a dry place, 15-25°C, protected from light.
Application tips:
1) Printing and cutting
- Prepare the positive print design according to the operating instructions of the printer (no mirror printing!). Check the printing and drying temperatures of the inks.
Use the correct print profile (e.g. on Roland, select Colorip or Versawork, then the TTRH, textile profile).
- Cut immediately after printing your design.
2) Heat transfer
- Trim off excess material.
- Place the tape application on your design, making sure to remove all air bubbles. Remove the carrier film revealing the adhesive side.
- Pre-press your garment for 3-5 seconds at 150°C to remove any creases or moisture.
- Position and press the design onto the textile (protected by a silicon paper) at 160°C - 10 seconds - medium pressure.
- If you have used an appliqué tape, peel while hot.
