With the development of this new wallet press, Secabo is introducing a modular system that offers you a multitude of possibilities. You will benefit from more flexibility thanks to easily interchangeable components. The new LITE models can be equipped with lower platens or heating platens if required.
The heat press TC7 LITE is a modular electromagnetic press with a 40cm x 50cm printing format. You will be able to perform another task at the same time as your pressing in all serenity, thanks to its automatic opening system. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a push button (e.g. for pre-pressing textiles). The temperature and pressing time can be easily selected using thedigital display. The pressure adjustment wheel makes it easy and fast to adjust to the printed material. The control unit, heating plate, bottom plate and frame can be removed and replaced in a few simple steps.
The TC7 LITE heat press can be used on T-shirts, mouse pads, puzzles, ceramic tiles and any other flat surface using Flex, Flock, transfer paper, sublimation and screen printing. The new press offers comfort of use thanks to its electromagnetic mechanism and a gain in productivity thanks to the automatic raising at the end of the time. You will find all the comfort of a pneumatic press without the constraints of using a compressor.
This heat press Secabo can be equipped with optional interchangeable platens of different sizes, but also with a membrane platen, a quick change system and a sliding carriage for use as a double platen press.
The membrane platen will allow you to easily make textiles with buttons, zippers, seams etc. The TB7 heated bottom plate will allow you to have less marks on the plate, it is recommended for sensitive textiles and white toner transfers.

To protect your upper heating plate and better distribute the heat, you can find Teflon sheets or covers in 40x50cm format
In order to raise the part of your textile that you wish to press, think of the Teflon cushions (in kit or in unit) allowing you to heat only the desired part.
