Very disappointing
The same for me, the tiles are not regular, it does not allow the ink to enter properly and have a perfect sublimation, the work comes out blurred and direction trash for most of the tiles, not to mention the tiles damaged and scaled on the edges. This is disappointing considering the price of the product and the shipping cost of 13.50.
Taken by the time I ordered from you but it will be my last order

We are sorry to read your disappointment with this product, which satisfies many of our customers. Maybe you had a problem with the hot pressing? Did you use an adequate press? The tiles are all coated with polyester, if you had a problem with the rendering, it may be a problem related to your visual, the time of pressing, the pressure applied ... It is rarely related to the quality of the material. But we remain open to discussion, do not hesitate to send us photos of your products and to contact us so that we can help you.

I bought 2 sets of 10 magnets and fortunately 8 went in the trash
they are not regular so the ink does not go evenly into the porcelain.
I would not take any more.
