How long does it take to deliver a product purchased on the site?
Subject to the product being in stock, it takes 24 to 48 hours from the date of dispatch for standard delivery in mainland France (excluding weekends and public holidays). You have the possibility to choose an express or priority delivery to be delivered within 24 hours, including Saturdays (priority).
For the delivery of all heavy objects, such as cutting plotters and heat presses, the delivery time may be longer (approximately 4 or 5 working days). For vinyls, an additional 24 hours delivery time is applied.
You can estimate your delivery costs directly in your Cart.
For deliveries to French overseas departments and territories or abroad, please contact us on 01 82 41 00 90.

Is it possible to have my order delivered abroad?
You can consult the list of countries to which we deliver directly in your Cart. To do this, select the products you are interested in, and use the drop-down menu under the heading "Estimate delivery and VAT" in your Cart to consult the list of countries.
If you wish to have your order delivered to a country outside this list, we can deliver it to the forwarding agent of your choice in mainland France, who will then take care of delivery to your destination country (at your expense).

How much are the delivery costs?
Standard delivery is free of charge in mainland France for orders over €150 incl. VAT . For all express orders and orders outside mainland France, use the delivery cost estimation tool at the bottom of your Cart. For any specific request or to confirm the costs indicated in the estimation tool, please contact us at 01 82 41 00 90.

I need an estimate in due form, how can I obtain it quickly?
To receive a quote within 24 hours, nothing could be easier. Just add the products to your Cart, and at the bottom of your Cart, click on "request a quote" (red button). Go to the end of the process, by clicking on "validate" at the different stages.
The quote is generated automatically by the site. Within 24 hours, you will automatically receive the quote in due form by email. To consult the list of recommended equipment to start with for each of the techniques, consult our FAQ section Our Products.

Is it possible to pay in several instalments without any charges?

We accept payments in two instalments without charge from 500 € incl. VAT and in three instalments without charge from 1000 € incl. VAT.
Payments in instalments are made exclusively by cheque. Upon receipt of the cheques, we will send your order, the first cheque is cashed immediately, the following cheques are cashed at an interval of one month.

As a professional, is it possible to benefit from a preferential rate?
The prices indicated on our site are valid for both private individuals and professionals. We do not have the possibility to apply a specific discount for professionals. You can see the rates displayed in ex. VAT and incl. VAT by clicking on incl. VAT or ex. VAT in the grey bar at the top of the site (above the logo Créadhésif).

Is it possible to pay by money order?
We accept payment by money order only for local authorities, town halls, schools, hospitals, etc.

My order is being processed, what does this mean?
Once your order has been placed on the site, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been processed. Its status is therefore "being processed". If you pay by credit card, you are automatically charged and your order will be processed within 24 hours. If you pay by bank transfer or by cheque, your order will be processed only upon receipt of payment.

I have made a payment by bank transfer or cheque, how do I know if my payment has arrived?
As soon as we receive your payment, your order is invoiced and you automatically receive your invoice by email. From then on, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

I have received an email notification that my order has been shipped with a tracking number, but when I click on the tracking number, nothing appears, why?
The tracking number is only active the day after the email is sent. Indeed, when you receive this email, it means that your order is in our premises, ready to be shipped. The tracking takes place once our carrier takes charge of your package (at the end of the day).

My order is on backorder, what does this mean?
This means that one or more of the items in your order is out of stock with us and we are waiting for these items to be sourced before we ship your order. If your order is on backorder, one of the Créadhésif team will contact you to let you know and give you an approximate delivery time. If you are not happy with the delivery time, you can ask for a refund or a credit note on the next order.
