How to choose the right angle for your cutting blade?

- The 45° blade is used for all types of cuts and materials with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.1 mm, it is the so-called "standard" blade.

- 60° blades are recommended for cutting thick materials such as flock, reflective vinyl, sandblasting mask....

- The 30° blades are recommended for cutting fine materials, small lettering and complex logos.

    When you lose precision, especially when cutting fine logos, it's time to change your blade holder. This loss of accuracy can be caused either by the Teflon tape or by the blade holder being damaged. Once you have changed your blade holder, you will see the cutting quality improve.

    Fits on all Secabo CIV plotters. Aluminium blade holder.

    Equipped with adjusting screw and double ball bearing.

    Tip Créadhésif : You must change your tool holder at least every two years. To check the condition of your cutter head, take out the blade and try to rotate it, if you feel that it is "sticking" despite cleaning the blade, it is time to change the cutter head.
