    This transfer powder is to be applied on your screen printing transfer. After firing your transfer at 100°C for 1min30-2min, the powder will melt into the ink. Finally, during the transfer using a heat press, the hot melt powder is reactivated and will allow the ink to adhere to your textile.

    1/ Make these frames with a mirror image
    2/ print the colours on siliconised paper as opposed to direct printing on textile and finish with the white undercoat. Quickly dry the inks between prints.
    3/ Once all the colours are superimposed, sprinkle the powder and remove the excess powder.
    4/ Bake your transfer at 100°C for 1min30-2minutes - Your transfer is ready!

    The pressing conditions for your transfer are 160°C-180°C for 10 to 15 seconds, cold peeling.

    This technique is ideal when you want to store and preserve your transfer prints for on-demand textile printing.

    The powder can be stored in a dry place for 2 years.

    This powder gives your transfer an excellent resistance to washing (up to 90°C).

    This transfer powder is used for the realization of your screen printing transfers. The fine powder is used directly mixed with your ink in a proportion of 10 to 15% depending on the viscosity of your ink.

    After firing your transfer at 100°C for 1min30 - 2min, the powder will melt in the ink. Finally during the transfer using a heat press, the hot melt powder is reactivated and will allow the ink to adhere to your textile.
